Horseback Riding Lessons & Camps

LESSONS:
Our riding program began in September 2023!
Weekly lessons are available with our outstanding trainers: Jereny Johnson, Kate Winkler, and Kim Keyser. We utilize 5 gentle lesson horses, riding in the round pen & full-size arena, and a short trail as well. We teach barrel racing and gymkhana events, western or english riding, and can accommodate beginner to advanced riders age 6 and up. A waiver must be signed and helmets must be worn.

About Us

Purpose:
Fair Weather Farm llc is a family-owned agritainment enterprise which exists to provide its guests with a positive, family oriented, farm-based recreational and educational experience centered around cultivating an appreciation for togetherness in the great outdoors.
Place:
Established in October 2021, Fair Weather Farm is owned and operated by the Keyser family (Haden, Kim, Raylee, and Rhett) and friends! The farm sits on 26 acres just outside the city limits of Brady; conveniently located a half mile from the hospital and within 5 miles of hotels, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Brady Lake!
Late afternoon events are our favorite to host due to our love of the amazing sunsets. Weather is generally mild year round in the Texas hill country and we love to be out in it!
Venue:
The farm has permanent facilities including a celebration silo, bounce pillow, picnic pavilion, petting farm, sand pit, hay playground, roping dummies, yard games, and gaga ball arena. (Party Barn coming in 2023!) Seasonal activities may include a hay maze, hay ride, hay hop, pumpkin patch, scarecrow contest, wildflowers, and more! Our picnic table seating can comfortably accommodate groups of 60 "ish". New for 2024 is our wild windmill swing and double barrel train!
Party Barn (now under construction!!) will boast a 30x30 dance floor, covered patio, prep kitchen, restrooms, lounge, and a second floor bunk room!
Products & Services:
We're in the business of making memories!
You can rent the farm in its entirety for a private event such as a family reunion, birthday party, school field trip,
homeschool group outing, company picnic, wedding, etc!
Our current merch includes farm water bottles, hats, and vinyl stickers.
Events:
The farm hosts three public, free admission events throughout the year. Spring Fest on the Friday before Easter, Pumpkin Fest on the first weekend in October, and Noon Year's Eve Fest on December 31st! Contact us below to join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook for info on an upcoming event!
Join the Club!
Farm Club allows families to visit the farm on a more regular basis for club days and special club-only events. Like a season pass for all the fun the farm offers! Join the club by contacting Kim today!
